"Billboard Next" will combine a televised music competition and Web site specifically created to find emerging artists across a image of music genres. Aspiring artists will submit performance footage via the "Hoarding Next" Web internet site to be judged and voted on by the public; those with the to the highest degree votes testament contend live on television.
